I started my journey with Younique for one simple reason, I needed money and I needed to get my confidence back. I had gone though a really nasty divorce and wasn't making much money and really didn't know what to do with myself. I knew I loved makeup, but had tried Avon and failed and didn't ever wear MaryKay. I was the girl at the dollar store just wearing black eyeliner. That was my makeup routine. Then I met a women where I worked who always looked amazing in her makeup and talked about how she sold makeup and got to play in makeup and posted selfies of her looks and I had a moment, that could be me!
The next week I got paid and got my starter kit. I never looked back! The first week I started selling, had people interested, and excited about my looks I was posting.
Within a few months I had started moving up the ladder of the company, gaining confidence and really started feeling like I mattered. I know, makeup didn't do all of that, but it gave me confidence to get out there and feel better about me!
I am so excited to keep going with this journey. This blog is going to be a place where I can post pictures, talk about my journey and share my love for makeup and this company !!!
